As Senior Project Leader for Kohler Energy, I am supporting the development of the new global Procurement System for the company. I am leading a team of professionals from IT, Procurement, Accounting, Legal, and Marketing to implement a Supplier Management, Purchase Order Requisition, Contract Management, and many other procurement functions.

I am also supporting the external communications site development for suppliers, training material for associates and suppliers, and process workflow optimazation. With the vast technical skills I hold I am able to easy navigate between challenges to implement innovative solutions for the business.

As Senior Systems Analyst I was responsible to maintain the procurement systems for Kohler on a global scale. I was also the technical lead on many enhancement projects from design to development and training.

I also have huge influence on systems documentation, and internal communication to stake holders for changes and updates that might affect day to day tasks for procurement users.

On addition of the basic role functions I also go above and beyond participating in external projects such as Office365 specialist group, Young Professional Business Groups, DEI groups for feedback and company awareness.

- Support users on day to day issues with the procurement systems

- Support Project Leaders with AdHoc requests

- Provide reports to the procurement team

- Develop and automate reports for internal and external clients to illustrate the climate of the market

- Automate reoccurring tasks utilizing Office Suite

- Provide forecasting to manufactures on a global scale for Kohler products sold in Latin America

- Support Sales Team with technical inquiries and price adjustments

- Create and update documentation for products based on legal and technical specifications

- Communicate with the Supply Chain Team for product availability and distribution

As the Music Director and Performer for the MishMash event during the Festival de Teatro de Curitiba, I am responsible for overseeing all musical aspects of our performances and events. This includes conducting rehearsals, selecting and arranging music, and coordinating performances and artist presentations. We not only perform music sets but also reproduce songs and audios adHoc per performer. Additionally, I showcase my musical talent through dynamic and engaging performances as a proficient guitar player and singer in the ensemble.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead rehearsals and performances, ensuring high standards of musical excellence

- Select and arrange music repertoire for performances

- Collaborate with other musicians and artists to create unique and memorable performances

- Provide musical direction and guidance to ensemble members

- Successfully led the ensemble in achieving two consecutive year of critical acclaimed performances and we are already hired for the third year.

- Development of arrangements of songs to match the events needs and artists performances.
